I also kept the last 2 numbers off the originals as I feel it serves no purpose in the research.
By my research it appears, so far anyway, that my gun was made in the mid 20's. Feel free to add any info and more reliable numbers to the list.īTW, my number is 847XX. I found a handfull of those and they still don't make any sense to me. Not included were numbers that were too unclear and also numbers that had a Letter in front of it. I collected numbers that I felt were from reliable and accurate sources from around the internet. I decided to start collecting Serial Numbers to try to determine what year, or approx what year, my gun was made. I pretty quickly learned that there are no records available as they were reportedly destroyed in a fire.
